Returns Policy

We have 14 day return policy. If anything you buy doesn’t suit, simply contact us to return it for a full refund less re-stocking and shipping fees.  You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.  Upon return and after inspection, we would  refund you minus our standard re-socking fee of £12.

Faulty Items Return Policy

All items come with a 3 month warranty unless otherwise specified. Exclusions include items that are specifically sold as spares or repairs. If you’re unsure, please just ask before you purchase. If a fault does arise, please contact us and give us the chance to work with you. We have had many experiences where the item is not faulty, just not set up correctly. For any item that goes faulty within a 3 month period will be returned at our cost. On receipt the item will be inspected, re-tested and a full refund provided.

Shipping Policy

All prices include free UK shipping.

For Monday to Thursday, we typically dispatch next working day but may occasionally take up to 2 working days. For larger items, typically over 5 kg, use next day delivery.  DHL is our preferred shipping agent for larger items.

For small items, up to 5 kg, we use other couriers.  Please expect them to take up to 5 working days.

For remote UK postal locations, including Scottish Highlands, Northern island, Isle of White, etc…

We use royal mail and you should expect up to 5 working days.
